What is Investors in People (IIP)?
IIP is a standard that explores practices and outcomes within an organisation under three performance headings: leading, supporting and improving.
Why IIP?… For you and us!
We believe that through creating an environment where our people feel valued, challenged and supported to optimise their own potential, they will in-turn provide excellent care and service for our clients (to optimise their health and well-being). Investors in people provides us with an externally assessed framework to measure our performance as a business and team to ensure we are achieving this.
We were very proud to achieve the top level (Gold) first try and continue to work on not just maintaining this, but to outperform!
